This free subscription tracker is for anyone who has lost count of what they pay for each month: streaming, music, software, cloud storage, fitness, news and more. You enter each service with its category, monthly price, billing cycle, next renewal date and status. The Overview page then adds up your active spending and shows a pie chart of spend by category.
Your data is saved in the browser on this device and nothing is uploaded. There is no account to create. The app opens with sample subscriptions such as Netflix and Spotify Premium so you can see how it works. You can edit or delete them and replace them with your own. Clearing your browser data will remove what you entered.
How to use it
- Open “Subscriptions” from the sidebar (or the tabs on a phone) to see every service in one table.
- Click “Add” to open the “New subscription” dialog. Fill in service name, category, monthly price, billing cycle, next renewal and status, then click “Save” (or “Cancel” to close it).
- Use the search box and the status filter to find a service, for example only those on a trial.
- Open the menu on a row to edit or delete a subscription. Delete the sample rows once you have added your own.
- Go to “Overview” to see monthly spend, active subscriptions, free trials, the category chart and upcoming renewals.
What it does

Questions
Is this subscription tracker really free?
Yes. It is free to use and does not ask you to sign up or create an account.
Where is my subscription data stored?
It is saved in your browser on this device, and nothing is uploaded to a server. Clearing your browser data for this site will remove it, and it will not appear on other devices.
Can I get the code for this app?
Yes. Click “Steal the code” and the app downloads as a React project that you can open and change.
How do I enter a yearly or weekly subscription?
The price field is a monthly price, so enter the monthly equivalent and set the billing cycle to “Yearly” or “Weekly”. That keeps the totals on the Overview page comparable.
Are cancelled subscriptions included in the totals?
No. The spend and active counts only include subscriptions with the status “active”, and free trials are counted separately. Cancelled entries stay in the table until you delete them.
