This case converter is for writers, students, developers and anyone who has pasted text in the wrong case. Choose from writing styles such as UPPERCASE, Title Case and Sentence case. You can also pick code and URL formats such as camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case. The result updates as you type, and you can copy it or save it as a text file.
Your text stays on your device. The conversion runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server. The page keeps your last text and chosen case in your browser's local storage so they are there when you come back, and “Clear” empties the input. Below the text boxes, live stats show characters, words, sentences and an estimated reading time.
How to use it
- Type or paste your text into the “Your text” box. You can also click “Paste” to take it from the clipboard, or “Example” to load sample text.
- Pick a conversion from the Writing, Code & URLs, or Fun & tidy groups, for example “Title Case” or “snake_case”.
- Read the converted text in the “Result” panel. It updates instantly as you type or change the case.
- Click “Copy” to put the result on your clipboard, or “.txt” to download it as a text file.
- Click “Use as input” to move the result into the input box and convert it again, or “Clear” to start over.
What it does
- 16 conversions in three groups: Writing (UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case), Code & URLs (camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE, kebab-case, Train-Case, dot.case, path/case) and Fun & tidy (aLtErNaTiNg, iNVERSE cASE, Reverse text, Clean spaces).
- Each case button shows a short sample, such as “helloWorld” or “hello_world”, so you can see the format before you pick it.
- Title Case keeps small words like “of”, “the” and “and” in lowercase, except at the start or end of a line or after a colon or sentence-ending punctuation.
- Code cases split words on spaces, punctuation and existing camelCase, and convert each line separately, so a list of names becomes a list of identifiers.
- “Clean spaces” collapses repeated spaces and tabs, trims each line, and reduces runs of blank lines to a single blank line.
- Live stats for your input: characters, characters without spaces, words, sentences, lines, paragraphs and reading time, estimated at about 238 words per minute.
- “Copy”, a “.txt” download and “Use as input” for chaining conversions. Your last text and chosen case are restored when you reopen the page.

Questions
Is this case converter free?
Yes. It is free to use and needs no account or signup. Open the page, paste your text and convert it.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion happens in your browser and your text is not sent to a server. The page saves your last text and selected case in your browser's local storage on your device, and “Clear” empties the input.
How do I save or export the converted text?
Click “Copy” to copy the result to your clipboard, or click “.txt” to download it as a plain text file. The file name includes the case you used, for example converted-title.txt.
What is the difference between camelCase and PascalCase?
Both join words without spaces and capitalize each word. camelCase starts with a lowercase letter, as in “helloWorld”, and PascalCase starts with a capital, as in “HelloWorld”.
Why are some words not capitalized in Title Case?
Title Case leaves short words such as “a”, “of”, “the” and “and” in lowercase when they appear in the middle of a line. The first and last word of a line, and the first word after a colon or sentence-ending punctuation, are always capitalized.
