Free Email Signature Generator

Build an HTML email signature with a live preview, then copy it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Free Email Signature Generator · saved on this device only

This free email signature generator is for anyone who wants a tidy, professional sign-off without writing HTML by hand. Enter your name, job title, company, phone, email and website. Add links to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub or YouTube. Then choose one of four templates: Classic, Minimal, Bold or Compact. The live preview updates as you type, and you can set an accent color and an email-safe font.

When it looks right, click “Copy signature” and paste it into your email app's signature settings. You can also copy the raw HTML or download an .html file. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded to a server. Your details are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. A photo is only referenced by the link you paste, not uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Under “Pick a template”, choose Classic, Minimal, Bold or Compact. Click “Load example” if you want sample data to start from.
  2. Fill in “Your details”: full name, job title, company, phone, email and website.
  3. Optional: under “Photo or logo”, paste an image URL and set the shape (Round, Soft, Square) and size (S, M, L). Add any links under “Social links”.
  4. Under “Color and font”, pick an accent color swatch or type a custom hex code, then choose a font.
  5. Check the “Live preview”, then click “Copy signature”.
  6. Paste it into the signature settings of your email app. The “How to add it to your email” guide lists the steps for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

What it does

  • Four templates: Classic, Minimal, Bold and Compact, with a live preview that updates as you type.
  • Fields for name, title, company, phone, email and website, plus links for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub and YouTube.
  • Photo or logo by image URL, with Round, Soft or Square shape and S, M or L size (the Minimal template is text-only and does not show the photo).
  • Accent color from eight swatches, a color picker or a custom hex code, and a choice of five email-safe fonts: Arial, Georgia, Verdana, Trebuchet and Tahoma.
  • “Copy signature” copies rich HTML with a plain-text version; “Copy HTML code” and “Download .html” give you the code or a file.
  • Your entries are saved in your browser's local storage, with “Load example” and “Clear all” buttons.
  • Built-in install steps for Gmail, Outlook (web and new Outlook), classic Outlook on Windows and Apple Mail.

Questions

Is this email signature generator free?

Yes. There is no signup or account, and you can copy or download your signature as many times as you like.

Where is my data stored?

Your details stay in your browser. They are saved in local storage on your device so they are still there when you return, and nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data or using “Clear all” removes them.

How do I save or export my signature?

Click “Copy signature” to copy rich HTML and paste it into your email app's signature box. You can also click “Copy HTML code” to copy the markup, or “Download .html” to save a file named email-signature.html.

Why do I need an image URL instead of uploading a photo?

Email apps load signature images from a public web link, not from a file on your computer. Host your picture somewhere online, paste its link into “Image URL”, and use a square image for best results.

Will my signature look the same in every email app?

Rendering differs slightly between email apps, so send yourself a test message. Classic Outlook on Windows ignores rounded photo corners and shows round photos as squares.
