Free Weekly Planner · saved on this device only

This free weekly planner is for anyone who wants to see the whole week on one screen without creating an account. It holds tasks and events, each with a day, an optional time and a category: Work, Personal, Health, Errands or Learning. The “Week Board” shows one lane per day from Monday to Sunday, and the “This Week” page counts what you have planned and finished.

Everything you enter is saved in the browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so there is no login and no one else can see your plan. The app opens with sample entries so you can see how it works; edit or delete any of them and add your own. Clearing your browser data for this site will remove your plans.

How to use it

  1. Open “This Week” to see how many items you have, how many are done and how many are events. The sample entries are there to edit or delete.
  2. Go to “Priorities” and click “Add” in the “All items” table. Fill in the “New Plan item” dialog with a title, type, day, time and category, then click “Save” (or “Cancel” to discard it).
  3. Open “Week Board” to see your items in one lane per day, and drag an item to another day to move it.
  4. Use the menu on a row in “All items” to edit or delete an entry, and the search box to find one by name.
  5. Type your most important to-dos into the quick-add box under “Top priorities” and tick the checkbox when each one is finished.

Questions

Is this weekly planner really free?

Yes. It is free to use, needs no signup and has no login.

Where is my data stored?

Your plans are saved in the browser on this device, and nothing is uploaded. If you clear your site data or switch to another browser or device, they will not be there.

Can I get the code?

Yes. Click “Steal the code” and the app downloads as a React project that you can open and change.

How do I move an item to a different day?

Drag it to another lane on the “Week Board”. You can also open the menu on its row in the “All items” table, choose edit and change the day.

What is the difference between a task and an event?

It is a label you pick in the “Type” field when you add an item. The “This Week” page uses it to count how many events you have.
