This free kanban board is for small teams that want to see who is doing what without setting up a full project tool. Tasks sit in four lanes: Backlog, To do, Doing and Done. Each card shows the owner, priority and due date, so one look at the board tells you what needs attention first.
Everything you enter is saved in the browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and there is no account to create. That suits a personal board or a single shared computer, but it also means tasks are not synced to teammates on other devices. The app opens with sample tasks you can edit or delete.
How to use it
- Open “Overview” in the sidebar (or the tabs on a phone) to see task counts and a chart of tasks by priority.
- Go to “All tasks” and press “Add” to open the “New Task” dialog. Fill in the task, owner, priority, due date and status, then press “Save” (or “Cancel” to close it).
- Open “Board” to see your tasks in lanes by status, with owner, priority and due date on each card.
- To move a task or fix a detail, open the menu on its row in “All tasks”, choose edit, and change the status or any other field.
- Use the search box and the status filter in “All tasks” to find a task, and use the row menu to delete ones you no longer need.
What it does

Questions
Is this kanban board really free?
Yes. It is free to use, and there is no signup or account. Open the page and start adding tasks.
Where is my data stored?
Your tasks are saved in the browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded, so clearing your browser data for this site can remove them.
Can I share the board with my team?
Not directly. Because data stays in your browser on this device, teammates on other devices will not see your tasks. It works best for one person or one shared computer.
Which statuses and priorities can I use?
Status can be Backlog, To do, Doing or Done, and priority can be High, Medium or Low. Each task also has an owner and a due date.
Can I get the code?
Yes. Click “Steal the code” to download this app as a React project that you can edit and run yourself.
